George La Grange

George La Grange, president and founder, graduated from Syracuse University and the University of Illinois, earning a Masters degree. George learned firsthand how valuable insurance can be when his father became disabled from an accident, and his mother passed away from illness. Those experiences have become a motivating force in George’s life, as he fully understands that when you sell someone insurance protection you are doing them a great service.

George has been working in insurance for over 30 years. He began his insurance career with Mutual of Omaha in February 1991 selling health, disability, and life insurance. In 1993, George obtained his Property and Casualty license, and began selling all forms of insurance. George’s philosophy has always been to explain the forms of coverage to the client, make recommendations to an informed consumer, and get the best premium possible from a highly rated insurance company.

George has been a resident of Melville, NY since 1988. George's family has lived in New York for over 200 years. He prides himself on living and working in the Melville community. He is married with three children and one grandchild. He enjoys gardening, golf, racquetball, fantasy football, hiking, and bicycle riding.

Hayden La Grange

Hayden has licenses for personal and commercial property and casualty insurance as well as life and health insurances. He has been working in insurance in a variety of roles since 2015. He leads a team of producers to properly underwrite, quote, and sell insurance policies.

Hayden attended the University at Albany where he graduated with Honors in Political Science in 2014.
